A Japanese udon chain is betting it can win over the U.S., and honestly, I get it. Ramen is great when I want the full experience. Udon is what I’d happily grab on a random Tuesday—warm, filling, and no need to overthink the menu. Give it a good tempura bar and I’m sold.
