Best apps/agents for finding apartment without 保証人?

Just got a new job in Tokyo (Shibuya) and looking for a 1K/1DK apartment. Budget 80,000-100,000 yen. The problem: I dont have a Japanese 保証人 (guarantor) yet. My company can be one but not for housing. Anyone used GTN, Plaza Homes, or similar foreigner-friendly services? Pros/cons? Also which apps actually work in English (SUUMO, HOMES are kinda Japanese-only). Any advice appreciated ????
